Each representative is called an Information Service Representative (ISR). ISRs attend intergroup meetings every other month to discuss and and vote on matters related to the Al-Anon Service Center. Intergroup generally meets on the 4th Thursday of ODD months at 7:00 pm (although dates may change to avoid conflicts).
